Short-Term Counselling Support
You have access to short-term counselling support tailored to your unique needs. We specialise in short-term, solution-focused counselling, aimed at helping you find immediate guidance or a pathway to solutions.
You can benefit from 6 counselling sessions. This extended availability allows you to explore your concerns more deeply and work towards meaningful solutions.
This service is designed to address any personal and professional concerns, providing you with valuable guidance and assistance.
While our therapists are skilled in adapting their therapeutic approach to the short-term framework of support we offer, it’s important to note that while many issues can be addressed, more complex and severe concerns may not be well-suited for short-term counselling. In such cases, our therapists can offer recommendations for more appropriate sources of support and the sessions we offer here can still serve as a valuable bridge until you access the most suitable external support.
Trauma-informed counselling
You may sometimes be exposed to challenging, hostile, or even traumatic events in your personal or professional life. These experiences can impact your wellbeing, both in the moment and over the long term. It’s important to acknowledge that, in these situations, you are not at fault and that your feelings are valid.
We strongly encourage you to seek counselling support. Trauma-informed counsellors can help you regulate your emotional responses and begin the healing process with a reduced risk of post-traumatic symptoms. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we are here to support you.
Confidentiality and Ethics
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our therapists adhere their professional body code of ethics, which means that they will maintain confidentiality unless an individual is deemed a danger to themselves or others, or a high safeguarding risk is identified.
